w/ Quackenbush Amber Rum

Ginger in Paradise by Robert Mack

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Quackenbush Amber Rum
  • .5 oz cold press ginger
  • .5 oz orange juice (fresh if possible)
  • 1 oz cream of coconut form*
  • pinch smoked sea salt*

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
  3. Float foam and top with salt. Brûlée with torch.*

The Doctor Cocktail by Robert Mack

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Quackenbush Amber Rum
  • .75 oz Kronan Swedish Punsch
  • (cachaça is a good substitute, or even more rum if necessary)
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice (key lime if possible)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into large coupe. Garnish with key lime wheel.
