w/ Quackenbush Amber Rum
Ginger in Paradise by Robert Mack
Ingredients
- 2 oz Quackenbush Amber Rum
- .5 oz cold press ginger
- .5 oz orange juice (fresh if possible)
- 1 oz cream of coconut form*
- pinch smoked sea salt*
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
- Float foam and top with salt. Brûlée with torch.*

The Doctor Cocktail by Robert Mack
Ingredients
- 1.5oz Quackenbush Amber Rum
- .75 oz Kronan Swedish Punsch
- (cachaça is a good substitute, or even more rum if necessary)
- .75 oz fresh lime juice (key lime if possible)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into large coupe. Garnish with key lime wheel.
